Give it another week before panicking I reckon. I expect they suddenly just got rather busy.

Anyway, if you have your number you don't really need the card, they can be typed in manually.

Yes, I'm sure I have seen them type it in, actually in Giraffe once I remember them actually writing it down on a slip of paper and not typing it in at all. The points posted fine though.

If you are parking, you might need to do a retro claim if you don't have your card with you as there is no human involved there.

wow, they are efficient :

Date Airport Retailer Value Points
09/09/2012 Enrolment Points 0.00 1000
08/09/2012 Heathrow Terminal 1 World Duty Free Main 10.00 9
08/09/2012 Other Bonus Points 9

There's a nice special offer in World Duty Free, buy 3 Toblerones (normal price £5.60 each) for £10. Very good. ^

I note the sign-up offer is now only 500 points for the first 500 members.

Did the Ts & Cs for this promotion specify that the £10.00 spend had to be in a single transaction? My father spent the requisite £10.00 over more than one transaction on the same day by the specified deadline, but his bonus hasn't posted like mine did (where said £10 was spent in one transaction.)

I saw that too - I signed up and spent the cash within the timescale, but as it was on a HEX ticket I think it won't show up until after the ticket is used - here's hoping I still get the 1000 points!

Historically WP promotions used to be based on 'same day' spend. Not sure about this one.

As mentioned further up this thread, yes the T&Cs said it needed to be in a single transaction.

I had signed up the wife for the 1000 bonus points offer, and we travelled on HEx yesterday. The spend points have appeared but no enrolment bonus - does it mean HEx tickets weren't eligible after all? Anyone else tried this?

If not, I'll have to buy something else next week!

I did receive the 1000 bonus points with my only activity being HEx. I didn't check my account until a few days later, so I don't know the timing.

As I look at account activity now, it's a little confusing, but it looks like I received the bonus points two days after I used the first leg of a HEx round trip ticket.
