Sorry, I hadn't actually read the T+C.

Thanks for pointing this out!

By the way, you don't get as much coffee as you think for £10

Do you actually need to swipe the card to get points, or can you just give the number? I don't live in the UK, but will transit through LHR, the card will probably not reach me until then.

No need to apologise, just didn't want you or anyone else getting disappointed.

Generally they don't have any terminal to input numbers, just a card swiping device. Whether you can retro-claim the miles and still trigger the bonus is yet to be seen.

I'm already disappointed as I was already hoiked in to Worldpoints a while ago and this offer is for brand new customers only.

Different address and email should see you ok, as long as you send the miles to a different place to the other account.

Interesting, I will have a think about that.

I have only credited to BA in the past, so DC should be ok for me, but Mrs P has credited to both BAEC and DC so I guess Avios.com is her only option.

You don't think they match on address?

They will, you need to use office instead.

Thanks for the post!

Just booked some BAA parking on my new card (and via Quidco) ..... I guess this should count as my £10 spend!

I wonder whether the two £10 Amex vouchers count as £10 spend if the BAA card is presented? What a mean person I am ........

That could mean three new memberships providing 4.5k+ welcome Avios?

3 Sign-ups = 3000 BAA WPs -> DC = 4,500 DC Miles -> BA = 4500 Avois.

It will. You get points for pre-voucher spend.

Anyone found a HEX purchase to credit before actually taking the trip? I was hoping it would but no luck so far....

Do all the shops in all the terminals at LHR give Worldpoints on spend?

Got my Worldpoints card this morning, and I'll be at T1 later this week (en route to VIE hence T1 not T5) and am curious to know where best to spend my £10
