Got a new Diamond Club number from the BMI credit card how do I create an account

Hi All

Must be missing something but finally had to give up and ask the question, got a new membership number after getting the BMI card for the 20,000 miles. They sent me a new membership number and a link to log in but when you do it creates a new account.

Any idea how I create an account when I have a membership numbers, the link they give is flybmi.com/dcwelcome

any help would be really appreciated.

So I'm assuming you didn't put your existing Diamond Club number in the field provided?

Looks like it's a link that become broken when they redesigned their website. It now points somewhere diamond club related but nothing particularly useful.

I think the only thing you can do is call the callcentre and ask them to send you your password, let us know how you get on.
