Miles pulled twice for same itinerary
I run Award Wallet every day to see where my points have changed. Today I was quite surprised to see a 37.5K drop in my bmi miles. The PNR given is for an upcoming trip that I was confident had already had miles deducted. Sure enough, I found the same deduction for the same PNR in January. How do I go about getting my points returned? If there's a relevant thread, please give me the link.

I had this back in November and they'd taken the credit card charge twice as well as the miles, so make sure you keep an eye on your cc statement too.
