redemption help: Doha
 

Hi im wanting to use my DC miles for a trip from the UK to Doha. Im based up north so NCL would be ideal otherwise MAN will be fine.
How many miles are required for J return and F return? Im wanting to do C+M. I cant seem to find this on the burning chart.
QR is part of *A so presumably i could fly with them?

Qatar is not part of Star Alliance.

You cannot do Cash + Miles on non-alliance partners.

If it's essential to do C+M, then it's LH via FRA (or perhaps MUC) or TK via IST.

Regardless, you'll need to hop over to Europe, so you might consider getting a low cost flight over to Germany or maybe Brussels and starting your redemption from there to avoid the business class APD.

thanks guys, im not sure why i had it in my mind that Qatar Airways is part of *A!

I believe Doha is counted as part of zone 5
C&M for C = 30,000 + £210 + taxes return
C&M for F = 50,000 + £350 + taxes return
note you cannot do C&M in F on LH, it is miles only and a supplement on top for the privilege!
not sure what routes will actually have F seats but you can check possible routes o staralliance.com
