Missing miles - how long does it take?

Hi,

Waited the usual 2 weeks from the flight, no miles.

Emailed in all my details ( used to work like clockwork) but was told to fill in the form on the website and post in all the boarding cards, tickets etc.

That was over 2 weeks ago, is this normal?

Why can't they accept electronic proof in this modern day and age?

On Facebook they now say we are supposed to wait 40 says before claiming.
