I was more interested in the other flight mentioned in the article, in which a young man took his clothes off and ran around the cabin. I'd certainly settle for that instead of a hot wrap...

If she'd be on a connecting flight from another part of Russia (and in a different time zone) she may have spent too much time in DME; I've read that's enough to cause anyone to do strange things.

But the article doesn't mention BMI - simply a UK airline and a British Airline.

Note the uppercase A!

I only resurrected this thread because:
a) I knew you'd read it, wondering what had happened now and
b) I was on G-MEDX from DME-LHR today (24-SEP) which is the tenuous reason to use this thread.

Excellent flight. Great crew. A reminder that BD has good staff, and delivers a good experience to its passengers more often than not. The only tarnish was arriving at LHR on a domestic gate (110) and being bussed off, but as one passenger said, "it saves all that walking, so it really doesn't make any difference".

That, for me anyway, is standard with BD these days. I think I've only arrived at the correct pier on arrival, be it domestic or international, once or twice in the last six months; and mostly disembarkation is via the rear door, which get a tad tiresome when you're in Flex Y or C.

+1^. Had a wonderful flight on BD 894 last week, took BA back yesterday as I wanted to leave in the afternoon. BD miles better than BA- wonderful crew, friendly and helpful compared to the grumpy lot in BA.
