Social Meeja now tweeting that there's a possibility of an ash cloud from the Grimsvotn volcano reaching northern Scotland in the early hours of tomorrow

Long article at the Guardian about it:

I'm somewhat terrified of my LHR-LAX flight on Thursday being affected by it (BD redemption, this thread is now on-topic, for me at least )

Forecast for Scotland and Northern Ireland tomorrow seems a bit grim. Loganair have cancelled all their flights until 1300. bmi social meeja is advising passengers to 'remain calm' and check flight status before travel. The good news is that the cloud isn't expected to move further south and will dissipate in the afternoon.

Just having a look on flightradar, BD58 seems to have diverted to MAN but would now appear to be continuing to EDI.
I'm not sure she actually diverted but she certainly tracked around MAN.
EDIT: Due to winds. Still interesting though.
