Stupid Question: When you reach gold?

When you've reached gold, does the website stop showing "member" miles activity?

I hit gold early last week and have since had 3 flex economy flights accruing 1200 destination miles but 0 membership miles.

I had assumed that status miles would continue to accrue until I reach 55000?

No status miles... sounds like I'll be writing email to DC admin, or am I missing something?
I too would presume it's yet another IT problem.

Same problem here - two flights posted, but no member miles awarded.

Emailed DC.
I've had a reply - known issue.

"There appears to have been a problem with our system when loading flights for the 17th and 18th March. .This has now been resolved and we are in the process of rectifying all account which have been affected. .This could take up to a week."

It should continue to accrue even when you go past 55k.

With regards to any membership miles missing from your account there has been a technical problem over the past few days where status miles have been omitted from accounts our IT departments are in the process of rectifying this error any missing miles will be credited to your Diamond club account shortly.

So, a week later - are anyone else's miles still broken (i.e. missing status miles) or just mine?

Me too.

Flight on 17th/21st LHR-GLA missing membership (but destination, including route bonus, all correct).

25/26th March on same route all posted correctly.
