How bizarre...
 

Hi folks,

last year DC had taken out too many miles for a redemption flight (by accident, I suppose). After writing several letters over the last 14 months, I finally got a reply by email and the destination miles credited back into my account ^

What I found interesting though was that the email was sent by 'bmi Pre-Travel Senior Support', and the small text under the email read:

"Club 24 Ltd trading as "Ventura" Registered Office: Hepworth House, Claypit Lane, Leeds LS2 8AE. Registered in England Number 1336850
British Midland Airways Limited trading as bmi a company registered in England and Wales with registered number 464648. Registered office: Donington Hall, Castle Donington, Derby, East Midlands DE74 2SB."

Who, or what is Club 24 Ltd? Has DC moved back from India? Have I missed something?

Doubt it. Just google it and you will find

Have a look around.

They probably forgot to delete the club 24 bit knowing them.
