Man, the bmi shopping portal is messed up. I realise many members aren't having any problems but from being unable to access anything for days, I have now successfully got in by deleting the appropriate cookies for the umpteenth time. I can now see any of the following each time I login.....

• The shopping transaction listing of member's' I do not know (different one each time)
• A totally empty transaction listing.
• The transaction listing of someone in my family account.
• The transaction listing of someone not in my family account but the one of a friends who's account I look after on this PC.

So basically, logging in as me, I can see anyone's shopping but my own!

Did you have to mention that? That'll be the whole site down for essential work for about 3 weeks then....

Ah, so it's you that has my shopping history and access to the suppliers! I'll have to send my BBCShop order to you, because no combination of cookies, browsers, PCs, networks, or even country domains will let my DC number past the portal page!

but, how long does it take for miles to post?

First two are still showing as pending, third one is paid - that was my first bmi shopping entry and it took 5 weeks to post.

Also, last week I made purchase through dabs.com on a same day as ebay, just few hours earlier. That one is not showing up at all :confused: [although it is shown in "visited" section]

So, basically - it's a hit & miss + long wait.

Today, dabs.com appeared too, dated 15/04.
Let's see how many weeks will it take for that to post...

I am able to see the purchase report. Some Hilton purchases appear but with wrong amounts. The dates are correct so I assume they are mine. One Hilton purchase is missing. I can not exclude that I might have made a mistake by forgetting to go back to the DC shopping webpage and clicking for a new Hilton window before making the additional purchases (I made 3 Hilton purchases on the same night). Quite annoying as these Hilton purchases were almost 400 GBP each... Next time I will start all over when making a new/additional purchase.

checked my transactions/DC shopping account today and more purchases have appeared ^ However, they all appear as "pending" so let us see when/if miles will hit my DC account. Has anyone gotten miles for booking Hilton stays via DC online shopping at all?

My previous experience was about 4 weeks, I have one now pending since 10MAR10.

Just as a follow-up - those miles finally posted end of June, I believe after an intervention by Joanna.

Quick Q: has anyone noticed that number of miles has disappeared from purchase report?
