Now what's the definition of PROPERLY?
Does it include the ability to change one's email address? See the expiry date of current status? Website staying up more than 24 hours?

Ah good, I'm glad things are back to normal now - instead of these new fangled error messages, we've got our old friend "The bmi website is currently unavailable due to maintenance" generic something/everything is broken error.
