OK I am back in again - but not really sure what some things mean:
Partner Code : BD [ Company Code - BD Program Code - DC Certificate Number - 156_._. Reward Code FS_._. ] -3570
Bonus: Partner Code : BD [ Company Code - BD Program Code - DC Certificate Number - 156_._. Reward Code FS_._. ] -2430
This is dated one day after a redemption bookings I made, but I was told a different amount over the phone [plus both bookings should be same amount of miles].
Anybody else can see some redemptions made over the phone while this outage was on?
And why would they call redemption a Bonus? And also only one out of two.
Of course, section 'Your next booking' is not showing anything, even though I can see them at MMB.

Right - should we start listing the bugs?
I can get in but only view transactions on the landing page - so the last five. I wanted to run a check for everything over the last year and it just keeps going back to the landing page.
Could the cats please go back in and resolve on-going issues. When they put the cat squad onto it, the site got sort of fixed.
