How long until points post to account?

How long until points post to account?

Hi.

New Best Western Rewards member. I have been travelling for 2.5 weeks staying mostly in BW for 1 to 4 nights at a time. All booked through BW website but my account is still showing Blue with zero points. My first checkout was on 9th July. When should I expect to see these stays reflected in my account? I was hoping to use the member benefits on this trip. Should I start to put in claims for missing points? Thanks.

I've had the same issues, I've put in a couple claims, but had no response back yet

The night auditor at the hotel, that is the overnight clerk, is generally responsible for posting information about your account and your points. When I stay somewhere it takes about 5 to six calendar days to post. I would call Best Western rewards if you haven't done that already
