Any recent trip reports?
Particularly interested in quality of mattress and noise from neighboring rooms as indicated by TripAdvisor reports. I stayed in a different Milan BW and the mattress was like sleeping on pavement. After 2 nights I couldn't move when I woke up and had to change hotels.
Does hotel offer complimentary breakfast to Diamonds? (before covid was a DIA benefit throughout Italy)
Also interested in neighborhood restaurant recommendations: high quality food, catering to locals (not tourists).
How is wifi connection?
