Best Western E-Gift Card Purchase merchant category
Anyone know if buying Best Western e-gift card online is processed by Best Western or some other parties? I want to trigger some statement credit on credit card that says spend at Best Western and receive $25 statement credit.

I just bought $300 + $60 bonus in cards. The confirmation screen bore this message in red: "Please be advised, your credit card statement will show GIVEX USA."
I just checked my CSP statement. I got only the normal 1 pp$, not the 2 pps$ for travel.

Darn it! I just bought $300 in GCs on Sep. 11, and my $60 in bonus GCs expire on Dec. 31, 2020. But those that are bought today will expire on March 31, 2021!
Good news. I registered my GCs, and my bonus ones show an updated expiry date of March 31, 2021. But I've already spent them for a friend.

The link above is still offering the 20% bonus as on Oct. 25! And the $500 limit seems to have disappeared. I just put 2 ($300) certs. in my shopping basket, and it offered me $120 in bonus certs, which will expire March 31/ 2021.
