Got my $30 travel card after completing three award stays! I'm surprised I got credit when I actually registered for the promo in the middle of my third stay. Thanks BW!

I got my 10 euros card after a stay in Stockholm! Luckily, I have another stay coming up within the validy of this card! Thanks BW! :)

I never received codes for my last 2 stays. I called up and they said I should have received them by e-mail weeks ago. When I assured them I hadn't, they gave me the codes over the phone. I too hope they work.

I assume you meant two codes? Yes, you can as much as you have. We have a couple of codes already, but saving for a stay in a hotel with very experienced staff/manager:-)

They say that it works only for reservations made via BestWestern (but not prepaid) and not directly with hotels

Received $15 CAD gift card from BW having stayed 1 night at a YYZ airport BW. I wonder why they gave me $15 CAD instead of the usual $10 CAD? I booked the stay with BW directly using the AAA rate as it was a good $10 cheaper than the normal rate (and I'm a CAA member)

It seems the offer somehow translated to $15? I only had 2 stays (3 nights) in late December in Canada and a single night in Europe in early January, yet received two separate emails for $30 and $15 ... which if past experience is an indicator, are actually redeemable at the current exchange rate for US$ at the time of redemption! (Used the summer credits for the December stays.)

*My stays were also all BCAA member rates

Well, for a stay in the US i definitely only got $10 travel card.

Any news on new promotions?

1. There's a new AA promotion for the next few months (1000 AA miles instead of just 250 per stay). Log in and select Special Offers from your dropdown menu and you should see it on that page.

2. Last year the spring promo didn't start until mid-Feb and was announced about a week earlier, and was otherwise pretty identical to the winter promo ($10 travel cards):
