Avis First Credits?
 

Hi,

I apologize if this has already been posted, but I can't search for the word "first" and did not see anything in the first few pages.

I recently became Avis First, and wanted to see how I view my credits toward the free weekends or get the coupons. Do they just keep track internally, or is it displayed on their website? Do they just mail you the coupons or do they appear online somewhere?

The Avis First website (http://www.avisfirst.com) will show you all of your rentals and tell you how many have qualified for earning coupons.

And be sure to save your emails for coupons when you receive them since your coupons only show up on the website as when issued. The coupon ID does not actually show up on the same website. You can always call the customer service line and get them.

My experience is that the avis.com website is easiest to use functionally, but if your solely trying to gather how many rentals you have toward your next coupon, the avisfirst website is easier.

hmmm... "We do not have you on record as an Avis First member". Maybe that's why I didn't know about the website.

Time for a phone call to Avis...
