USAA Discount Code Check
 

I'm looking to give my sister the USAA discount code for Avis since it lets someone under 25 rent a car without the underage surcharge. Do I have to be concerned that she'd be asked for some kind of ID (connected to USAA) when she rents the car? Is there any other way around the surcharge?

Check the conditions of the rate code. If it says, "for the use of the employee only" or something else like that, forget it- giving it out might put you and your sister on the Do Not Rent list. If it says, "for the employee and family," then call the branch ahead of time to be sure, but it shouldn't be a problem.
