Use AWD G540700. Good Thursday thru Monday, requires 2 day keep but no Saturday overnight. Use for pickup by 3-31-09.

I don't know about this. This takes a $110 weekend rental at LAS to $270... Hardly 50% off.

Like any car rental deal, rates can change significantly and some codes work better than others in different cities at different times.

Some examples of discounted rates:

ORD $13.50 per weekend day
MCO $18.50 per weekend day

Looks like Avis at LAS are heavily booked for the next few weekends.

TPA this weekend is 22.50 with the code, vs ~38 without it. If I weren't using an Avis First Free weekend, this would be great for me

This is actually worse than a Hertz coupon... I didn't think that was possible. At least Hertz 50% off weekends are actually 50% off.

The Avis 50% off weekend code has not caused any reduction in Avis rates at LAS over the whole of last year. In other cities it may work, but cross LAS off the list.
