Any problem with USAA Discount Code?
 

AWD # A177204 (See http://harvest.usaa.net/as_phonenumbers.html and mentioned in the Avis Discount Code thread) brought down a 2-day rental involving different airports states from $199 to $100. That's huge! Anyone have any problems with eligibility for this AWD#?

I am a USAA member and have used the codes and never been asked to provide my member number or proof of membership.

The number has changed and you have the most current one. My Avis Preferred membership has the last two digits changed, but the same discount still applies. Like the previous poster, I have never been asked to show affiliation, but once. That was the first rental I had as a Preferred member and never received my Wizard number (I gave it to the counter to eliminate any issues). Now, my cars are pre-assigned, and I onl go to the counter to give a coupon. The "Free Weekend Day" coupons are greatness.
