Additional driver
 

I have a rental from Avis. I reserved it online and checked off additional drivers paid with credit card, waived code and paid rental company for additional personal injury coverage to others. When I picked up rental they didn’t mention my additional driver nor did they request her license. Is this normal? Insurance wise is my additional driver covered?

I would think not. Obviously you should have brought this up at pickup. I suggest dropping by any Avis rental center to have the second driver added. I have added additional drivers this way with no issues.
If the additional driver is a spouse, there will be no cost.
