Unable to add WOH number to Avis Reservation
 
I get the following message when trying to enter my Hyatt membership number in the reservation. Any suggestions? Avis customer service was basically useless and could not troubleshoot beyond, "did you enter in the correct number?" Hyatt membership number is in the format 9 numbers, followed by 1 letter

Membership Number entered is invalid.
  • Some Avis partner programs require the entire account number to be entered, including all preceding zeros (0).

Did you manage to find a resolution for this? The error is STILL there! And like your situation, I double checked all hyatt number it is all correct

I while back I found an article about needing to use a specific AWD in order to add the WOH number to the reservation. When I tried that, it turned out the rate using that AWD was much higher than my corporate AWD. Short story, I'm fine getting a significantly discounted corporate rate plus 500 Southwest points, and not really interested in exerting any more effort on this endeavor.
