Had issues since Wednesday last week. Complained that my email address wasn't recognized. Assumed it would get fixed. But need to book a rental shortly so contacted AVIS on chat yesterday. A couple of hours later I received an email with a request to change my password. Did so an logged in successfully. No explanation given for what caused this.

I have also had this problem - says email not recognised. The app seems to work, and shows future bookings. but no longer shows status which I thought was an issue with the recent design.
