DNR List Global?
 
Are DNR lists global? ie. If you are on AVIS DNR in US, does that affect renting through AVIS outside of US as well?

It almost certainly will. Although in some countries it may take a bit of time to catch up, so you may find a reservation confirmed and then cancelled.

I was on it about 10 years ago so not sure if I’m still on it - haven’t rented from AVIS since to check. I setup a Avis preferred account and a reservation and it hasn’t been cancelled. Does that mean I’m not on it any longer?

Is there an easy way to check without poking the bear? :)

I believe the DNR follows the driver's license, so if you've moved and gotten a new license state/number you may be able to work around it.
