Help With Budget Amazon Benefits
 
I recently returned a rental that would've given me back 10% in amazon gift cards, because I booked it through Amazon Benefits. However, the desk agent did something to my reservation and screwed it up. Now I didn't get the 10% back in Amazon gc. I tried to call Budget and no one knew what I was talking about, they told me to call Amazon. Amazon reps sincerely tried to help me but had no idea how. I went back to the rental location and they weren't able to help me either. It would've a decent return on Amazon gc. Does anyone have any experience with this?

It's happened to me a couple of time and likewise no one was able to straighten it out. The entire Amazon process is automated and no humans seem to have been briefed on how to override it.

Just login with Amazon when you sign in on the Budget website, it's right below the regular login credentials.
