Is there a way to find out which locations have Select & Go? Specifically, does JFK offer this?

Was just at JFK Monday night and they got staffing issues. App listed no cars available to self assign despite lot full of vehicles.

Preferred board listed about 30-35 customer with "Preferred Counter" instead of stall#.

Only two agents working Avis/Payless combined. Waited 25 minutes in Preferred line to get a vehicle. Again, this is not an issue with no cars. This is an issue with staff not assigning cars ahead of time and/or placing cars into the Preferred inventory for choose your own via app.
