class action settlement certificate
 
Just got an Avis free day certificate from a class action settlement. Anyone else get this? Was it supposed to be just one free day?

Yes. Depending on what you chose when you submitted your claim.

If you rent from National there was also a similar (same?) lawsuit that yielded free days that started mailing this week as well.

Yep. Defendants in the case were:
The Hertz Corporation,
Dollar Thrifty Automotive Group, Inc.,
Avis Budget Group, Inc.,
Vanguard Car Rental USA, LLC,
Enterprise Holdings, Inc.,
and Fox Rent A Car, Inc.
