Why Do Budget E Mail Offers Never Work?
 

I get offers from Budget on a regular basis.

Usually I delete and never open.

Today I bit on the offer and opened it. I do read the conditions for the offer. When I try to book either at an airport or neighborhood location, I never get the rate.
I make sure the offer code is in the box.

As a result, I haven't rented from Budget in a year and a half.

Frustrated. Thinking about unsubscribing.

I get so much better rate with Avis or Hertz.

Those offers may not be applicable to your location/scenario. Just try out all the codes in the master BCD codes thread.

Budget is usually pretty inexpensive in my experience, along with Enterprise. Avis and Hertz are usually way more expensive to me.
