Planning to rent a car for 11 days in one rental for a holiday there. Avis seems quite cheap already for the car class I'm looking at - anyone know specific promotion codes that will work? Or any ways to maximize points or miles bonus for such a long time?
I haven't rented from Avis before, but have a couple of FF programmes (BA, Lufthansa, Virgin, Delta) and also hotels (Priority Club, Marriott, Radisson).
