YUL Avis
Anyone else been disappointed in YUL Avis service of late?
I am fed up getting high mileage vehicles with base specifications. I am Avis First and hence should get an upgrade when available. Plenty of cars sitting there but never seem to get any benefits.
I once commented to an employee about the miles and specs. His reply "Oh you know Avis doesn't care anymore. They just want to save money"
