Just in case (probably for a bit of a shorter stay) there are sleep cubicles (you can use Priority Pass or Lounge Key for 2 hour access) towards the end of the A gates.

Yes. Both. Security because there is no direct connection in BOG between domestic and international flights. And immigration of course because you are leaving the country.
But 2 hours should be fine. Immigration and security is very fast, because you can do immigration by yourself at the automated passport control.
