Taca Baggage Problem!!! Help!!!
 

How can I reach a competent hunan being at TACA to resolve a delayed/lost bag problem? I have been dealing with central reservations as well as the local cargo offices and NO ONE is helpful AT ALL. Mostly I am getting hung - up on and I an frustrated beyond belief.

The short version of the problem is:

Bag was checked at IAD on 11/29/2007 for Flt # 360 connecting to Flt # 581 (IAD - El Salvador - Managua). The bag has not arrived and no one at TACA can provide any information what so ever.... HELP!!!

I would personally visit one of their ticketing offices or airline counter.
