Is this legit or a scam?
 

I received an email from Avianca today offering 2,500 Lifemiles compensation due to the aircraft being in a different configuration for a domestic flight within Colombia that I took in March of 2023. The email is asking for my Lifemiles account number for the miles to be deposited. I am not a Lifemiles member and I collected Turkish Airlines Miles&Smiles on my flights.

Most likely a scam as you have no relations to Avianca LM

I also received this email. If you actually made this flight, the email is reliable. Registration is actually done on the official website. The question is whether 2,500 LM guarantees a flight or does it have to be topped up with cash.
