Suing Avianca on small claims court - address?
I prepared everything I need to sue Avianca on small claims court in Florida for a flight they charged me twice for.
Only problem: Avianca tries it's best to hide their US address, but an address is needed to serve the documents.
Or did Avianca really shut down their office in D.C. (probably to avoid court cases in the US)?
The address of the ticket I bought in the US was:
"
DC AVIANCA US, AV. CALLE 26 N 59-15 BOGOTA, MIAMI
"
Does someone know their address in the US?

If this involves a ticket for travel to or from the U.S., then an air consumer complaint filed with the U.S. DOT might be an easier way to go.
Did the OP try a credit-card charge-back for the duplicate charge?
If the OP can determine the exact corporate name of the entity which issued the ticket, he can do a corporation search at the Florida Department of State's website, which should show the corporation's Florida registered address, and the agent for receipt of service of process.
