Booking hotels with lifemiles

I have a points balance that I want to get rid of , so tried to book a hotel on

But I am only getting error messages when I try and do so. And I tried all kind of browser on phone and computer.but always getting a same error message.
"Sorry. We're unable to complete this transaction. Please contact us at [email protected] or call + 57 60 15 085975 (CO) or internationally at 1 773-242-7067."
I think they require to add payment method because i see they charge a small fee about $1 but there is no option to add credit card.I emailed to support and they told me to add a card but as I said ,i can't find where to add it.Anyone knows how to resolve it?
