Children showing as Adults on LifeMiles award booking?
I booked a Lufthansa award using LifeMiles for my family of 4. My 2 kids (9 and 7) are showing as adults on a LifeMiles award booking despite their DOBs being correct on the ticket. They are also showing as adults to Lufthansa. I'm trying to enter passport details on the Lufthansa site and also request the kids meals, but when I try to save the form on the Lufthansa (or Swiss) websites it's throwing an error saying their DOB needs to be before 2011. I'm sure this will be easily dealt with at the airport as far as flying is concerned, so I don't expect issues there. I'm just hoping to get kids meals requested and enter their passport details now. Lufthansa said on the phone they can't touch any details on the ticket (including requesting kids meals). Any way to get this switched without a long hold on the phone trying to reach LifeMiles support? I tried calling this morning but after waiting 25 minutes I gave up for now. We've flown many times on Lufthansa using LifeMiles and so I suspect this is something new.

Having the exact same issue on an Aeroplan booking with Air Canada and Swiss.
Both kids show adults and when I try input the advanced passenger information, it fails needing a or earlier 2011 birthday even though the correct birthday is already populated.
Waiting on hold with Aeroplan now.
Did you have issues checking in?
I have a second booking with aeroplan and swiss later this year and it correctly shows 2 adults 2 children.

I am seeing the exact same issue on my booking - with 2 adults and 2 children.
Will LH let me do online check-in? It doesn't accept travel documents with a non-adult birth date for the kids.
Or, should I plan to check-in at the airport?
