EZE-BOG-LAX, transit time 1:23?
Is an hour and 23 minutes enough time to transit in BOG from EZE-LAX?

I have done this once, but as I recall, it took a while to re-check and scan bags and passengers.

I'm not 100% sure but I don't think you have to clear customs and immigration in this situation, therefore, if there are no delays you should be able to make your connection.

Bags will go straight through, only thing you have to do is reclear security

Just did a similar transit through BOG - very easy process, just security, which you join behind Colombian emigration control - so there weren't really any lines. Took no longer than 15 minutes, incl. the walk from the arriving aircraft.

No re-check and scan+drop-off of luggage - this is not a transfer in the US!
