I know Lifemiles runs a bunch of sales on miles including just offering miles with ~150% bonus just a few weeks ago.

Are these on a semi-regular schedule (for example once every three months) or are they unpredictable?

Between Avianca and Copa it's hard to remember when they were not devaluing their points with endless offers and bonuses.

Last few years have been Feb, May, Sep and Nov for their 2x1 offers with variable extra bonuses. My money would be on another offer in mid to late May at 1.47 cents per mile or 1.43 if paying with an Avianca/Lifemiles credit card.

I'm going to wait to see if anybody (like OMAAT) offers a supplement bonus like in some previous LM offers.
