Which Star Alliance Partner is best?
Hi All,

I don't have lifemiles, but I'd like to book an Avianca flight from either Lima or Cuzco. What's the best star alliance mileage program to use? I tried Air Canada, but it doesn't show any available flights for the route I need. United and Lufthansa charges too much. ANA has to be booked roundtrip.

I haven't tried AeroMexico yet. I have Membership Rewards that I can transfer.

Also, I used Lufthansa, and it was pretty good for Avianca. And you can do one way with Lufthansa.

domestic awards within japan are possible.

ANA International Flight Awards cannot be redeemed for one-way flights.

Oh yes I wasn't clear, redeemed OW NH flights via AV LM.
