No eticket sent from Avianca?

No eticket sent from Avianca?

Hi all

I just made my first 3 ever reservations on partner airlines using Avianca miles on AC, then UA then TG

I only received an email eticket for the TG one.. the other two only a confirmation email but no details/eticket.

Is this practice normal?

When did you book? An hour ago, yesterday, last week? - plug in your booking confirmations and watch for the eticket numbers.

And yes, it is normal. I have a ton of bookings where I never received anything but the initial award email "receipt" with the booking confirmation.
