I can confirm 110% it's not an issue. :) -

On a side note, I've noticed that really everybody, from ground crew to cabin crew, seem to know, and treat the extra s as a mistake and it's clearly supposed to be Ms.

Apologies for missing your query as we were travelling. Glad to report back (and affirm other Flyertalkers observations) that there were no issues on an itinerary involving SQ, BR and AC. No questions from Check-in, Immigration etc

Only difference is 'MSS' appended to the end of the boarding pass. Nothing else.

No worries and enjoy your trip.
