Quick update: I got a bunch of 250 miles showed up on my lifemiles account. Dated late last month.
And a couple this month. Not sure if it's all of them.
They said a long time ago, they'll email me once all has been posted.

I got the same message after months of emails. Its their way of trying to avoid paying up.
