No you can't book them online. Maybe you can book it through the call centre, I'm not sure.

However, HKT-BKK is less than an hour flight and a Y ticket will cost you less than AUD100 each way. For the hassle of going through the call centre I wouldn't bother trying to get this leg added on to your redemption.

I know what you mean, that's why I left it there. But what really needs to go is that routing for 7.5k.

Looks like they picked up on it and noticed there are some loopholes: View From the Wing post

It's crazy to think that these guys make money by stealing (in a lot of cases) information from FT :roll eyes: Then again I'm sure some of them contribute what they find back to FT so I suppose it might be fair in the end.

Hey, guys, does any of you have any Lifemiles, preferably 50,000? But less than that is also OK. If you do have the Lifemiles, you can PM me for a hint on how to double them for a cost of $0.015 per mile. I don't want to post it in the open forum.

Uh yeah, I saw that. I can't remember the last time he contributed something to FT.

I also PMed ADNANALI about editing his post, but he completely missed the point and thought my request was pathetic and selfish. I love how these 10 post wonders show up and suddenly decide that they know what's best.

1,000 is fine and you can buy them for $30 but your cc company will probably call to see why the stream of increasing payments to Avianca.

i must be doing something wrong...

Australia to Europe = 170,000

To buy the points is USD$30 per 1,000 pts which is roughly USD$5000 for a business class ticket.. alternatively you buy 40% so 68,000 @ USD$30 = USD$2050+balance of 102,000pts @ $12.75/1000pts using pts+cash?

still seems expensive around $3300 compared to Dividends Miles...

maybe im getting confused... ?

To those of you doing tricks and dropping off the last leg: How do you get back home?

I'm assuming you're paying full miles back?
