Wifi on A350 reliable?
Hi all! Flying from JFK-ICN on A350 and unfortunately have to work for a few hours. Is the wifi reliable enough for me to at least send out a few emails?

Evidently the OZ forum information network is not strong enough to get a response to your inquiry. Another zero-response inquiry on the OZ forum. Don't feel bad I have some that are months old and nothing, very frustrating.

As a first time Asiana flyer (Biz Class) the trip coming up next month, finding some of the most basic things to do difficult and/or nonfunctional on the Asiana website and no help on the OZ forum is frustrating.

Many Asiana Club members who post on this forum don't fly Asiana much. I used to fly it a bit when I lived and worked in Asia but haven't flown it since 2019. But I retain my loyalty to Asiana Club due to the easy requirements for Star Gold. I can't even burn my miles on Asiana really as their network is just too inconvenient for me.

It depends where you are. If you are over North America, the wifi should work fine. If you start getting past Alaska, the coverage is not so good. Service will work again as you get closer to Japan.
