In case others weren't aware, schedule changes/equipment swaps qualify for full refund of award tickets without any penalties. Just rang up the Korean number for Asiana Call Center (took 40 minutes on hold to finally get through) and cancelled two awards (SIN-KUL-IST on *A Business, and SIN-AUH-LHR on EY First).
Now just a waiting game to receive the miles back into my account, and also get the the taxes and fees refunded. The poor agent sounded drained and she mentioned there were 300 other people waiting on her line after me...yikes!
Anyway, anybody have a rough ETA for refunded miles to be received?
