Farewell to Los Angeles Ticketing Counter!

I just received this email - but there is no content, just the title - from Asiana. Anyone know what's happening to LA? Is the office closing? I hope not!

You won't be able to walk in to buy tickets in the LA office
. So little tickets are sold that way. Call them to buy an eTicket is better anyhow.
