OZ F - Thank You Gift

OZ 221 JFK-ICN
Vinturi essential wine aerator. No other choices.

OZ 222 ICN-JFK
Classic and Golf DVD package for First Class. No other choices.

No more Versace Rosenthal and it looks like they are giving out whatever left in the inventory. Not a good sign.

Agree

Yes, no more choices...

I got the DVD thingy for my ICN-ORD flight earlier this month!

That is definitely cleaning out the inventory. I will write Asiana later and if I get a response, I will let you know!

This is quite shocking to me.

The Versace Rosenthal brand is not cheap at all, but they have been giving out those for years also with gift from Wedgwood. They must be able to make a deal as the china are also Rosenthal unless they are going to change the inflight china as well to a cheaper brand.

They still must have stacks of the existing china left so I can't see them spend money on new stock, not even IKEA plates.

No, you don't even get an amenity kit or PJ, only long haul has those.

Amenity kit from the last trip report it is Bvlgari white tea, PJ is the signature OZ yellowish color in a nylon one fold bag.

For PJ, I am 5"9" 140lbs, medium fits me really tight, in oppose to I can buy clothes in US in small size. Their PJ sizes are really meant for asian sizes, so be sure to ask for large or extra large.

Thanks for the size info. At 6'1 (187) and 220lbs (100kgs) I'd need the elephant size. Guess my gf is getting (yet another) souvenir.

I think x-large should be fine, I mean who doesn't like to get change to PJ and walk on slippers when you can on a long haul flight ?

Yes. Did this last week LAX-ICN. Was going to take the new PJ's off the plane with me as a souvenir, but FA recommended I wear them during sleep. Wow, what a nice difference than street clothes (i know...duh!). Quite enjoyable.

LAX- ICN in F got me a nice duffel bag with tolitry bag. It is nice and I use it for taking my gym stuff.

ICN-LAX -- wine aeerator -- already have the same one. So this will be a gift to someone.

Sounds like OZ really had gone to the cheaper stuff, no more Versace Rosenthal gifts.

I got two of the Versace mugs and every time I look at them I remember my very enjoyable OZ flights (well two of them were at least... ). At the time they were giving out a choice of the DVD, the mug, or a music CD?

It seemed like a no-brainer to me...
