EVA Airways - Status Match
I am 1P with UA and have grown tired of the service. My wife, son, and I fly 3 RTs a year BKK-IND and are looking for better service and cheaper rates. I've done some cursory checking and EVA might be an option.
I was thinking of asking for a status match and then flying business to LAX/SFO/SEA whichever suits my timeline to IND. I could suck it up and use UA from there and then with fingers crossed get F or C awards for the family at a later date.
Anyone with suggestions/opinions?
