Good Tailor in BKK or SIN?
 

We're staying at the BKK Westin for 2.5 days and would like a good recommendation for a tailor in BKK. I'll only have a few days for a fitting -- is that enough?

Here's what has been recommended in other threads that I have found... I guess I need to know which ones can turn around a decent-quality suit in such a short period of time -- Raja's?

Alternatively, I will be in SIN for a couple days at the beginning of the trip and then back in SIN the day before we fly out. Is this a better place to get a suit? Here is the only recommendation I could find in the threads:

I value other suggestions. I'm not looking to spend more than $US200-250 for a high quality suit.

I would recommend 'Royal Tailors'. They have been extremely good and for a normal price. Always well taken care of and many friends have been thankful clients of them.

in Singapore, i would recommend u to visit the 'CYC Tailor'. its located at the Raffles Hotel Shopping Arcade. they make very good shirts and trousers. price is very reasonable. however, i am not too sure if they make suits. u can try to ask though.

There is some good info in this thread in another forum.

I had a suit and two shirts made in SIN when I was there last year. I got it at:

Two fittings and he delivered everything to our hotel. Great fitting suit and shirts. If I make it back to SIN, I'll purchase some more.
